We are hiring lead installers and well-qualified installer helpers for retail fixture work. Our crews travel to store projects for major brands across the country, starting from our Easton, PA shop. $27–$32/hr for lead installers, company vehicles assigned for jobs, and travel paid.

Since 1997 our installers have set fixtures, kiosks, shop-in-shops and graphics for brands in all 50 states. Today we are growing our home crew in the Lehigh Valley and our travel crews at the same time.

Lead Installer / Onsite Supervisor – Retail Fixtures, Millwork & Cabinets
Install store fixtures, casework, millwork, kiosks and displays for retail brands, from new store build-outs to resets and relocations.
- Carpentry and finish carpentry skills
- Able to read plans and work to a brand's standards
- Own hand tools; valid driver's license
- Lead subcontractor crews on site
- Travel regionally and nationally; most jobs run 1–3 days

Installer / Lead Helper – Retail Fixtures
Work side by side with our lead installers setting fixtures, kiosks, casework and displays for national retail brands. Learn to lead your own crew.
- Fixture, carpentry or construction experience
- Own basic hand tools; valid driver's license
- Able to lift heavy items and work long days or nights
- Ready to travel; most jobs run 1–3 days
On the road, from our Easton shop
Travel crews: nationwide
Store openings and roll-outs for national brands, with travel arranged by our project managers. Hotel, per diem and airfare are covered. Some work happens after store hours.
Company vehicles
Vehicles are assigned for each job. Pick one up at our Easton shop, and on some jobs keep it until the job is done. Local jobs across the Lehigh Valley and the Northeast start and end at the shop.

Jaboa works across the country, and we are always building relationships with install companies and independent crews outside our area. When we win a project in your region, we want to call you.
Install companies: need a crew in PA, NJ or NY? We sub for national installers and fixture makers: kiosks, shop-in-shops, fixtures, millwork, signs and graphics. Insured, with COI and W-9 ready, our own vehicles and an Easton shop. Nights and tight openings welcome.
